Individual counselling sessions offered virtually for those aged 12+ anywhere in Ontario and BC. In-person and nature-therapy sessions are currently available to those near Victoria, Langford and Sooke BC.

Cost is $130 per 60 minute session, with sliding scale spots available for those with a lower income.

Experience the healing power of the ocean with a supportive person by your side!

In surf therapy sessions, we focus on strengthening your connection to the water and yourself, learning surf skills, and weaving together what you experience in the ocean with what you are navigating on land. Sessions generally consist of a beach check in, an embodiment practice, water time and a debrief.

Location dependent. Surf therapy currently available near Victoria, Sooke, Jordan River, Port Renfrew and Tofino, BC.

Session fees are approximately $200 for 90 minutes, depending on location and gear. Inquire for more information.

Surf Therapy workshops and retreats available upon request for private groups and non-profit organizations such as people in recovery, veterans and more. These included a mix of surf instruction, connection with your internal world and with the ocean and building community!
